
Early morning on December 31st, 2021 – TV actress and legendary star, Betty White has passed away at age 99 just right before the new year. Famously known for her role as “Rose,” in The Golden Girls as well as many films, she will be missed by so many. Betty has brought her nine decades of show business in the entertainment industry without a pennyworth missing.
White who started her career at age eight in a radio show was already a born talent. She was known for her comedic acts on television screens, such as The Golden Girls, Hot in Cleveland, and The Mary Tyler Moore Show. She has never turned down for her flare of comedy and acts that are hilariously bound.
Driven to make people laugh, the star has not only become a legend in several comedian sitcoms and shows but feel-good movie films as well. One of her memorable films, “The Proposal” back in 2009, (starring Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds) has made a hit with her undeniably comedic talent. White has never left her talent of making everyone laugh, but her positive outlook in life is also admirable.
“I’m so lucky to be in such good health and feel so good at this age. It’s amazing.” – Betty who was speaking to PEOPLE Magazine earlier last month. According to White, her key to an upbeat nature was always finding the positive in life. “I got it from my mom, and that never changed,” she said.
Just two weeks away from her 100th birthday, a film event had plans to celebrate a movie special of “Betty White: 100 Years Young” and her accomplishments. According to producers, they will move forward with the event and plan to release it on what could have been her 100th birthday – January 17, 2022.
Betty White has been an extraordinary television star. Her decades of accomplishments and work in the industry were very inspiring. White will definitely be missed by so many. A lifetime of achievement will always be a legend in our hearts. Rest in peace White.
