A flip of a 1995 Ace of Base classic, Rvrside merge dark pop and alternative rock in an unforgettable way with “Beautiful Life.” It’s the newest offering from their upcoming debut EP Bullet With Butterfly Clips, a combination of original work and covers that comes out May 21st.
Full of star power, Rvrside is destined to become one of the biggest new forces on the alt scene. Frontwoman Jessica Vaughn releases her solo work under names like JPOLND and Charlotte Sometimes, and her track “The End” got a coveted feature on Netflix’s Bridgerton. Producer and songwriter Curtis Peoples has worked with pop-punk superstars like Pierce the Veil and Grayscale, while producer Colin Creev is the keyboardist and guitarist of Third Eye Blind.

“Beautiful Life” is the second release from Bullet With Butterfly Clips, following September 2020’s “Welcome to Paradise,” a grungy, beat-driven cover of Green Day’s hit from 1994.
Other songs on the project include “Twisted” and “Love Me Like the End of the World,” which the group describes as “a love song for the apocalypse.” You can presave the EP here, as well as connecting with Rvrside on Facebook, Instagram, Soundcloud, and Twitter.
