We at TREMG love spotlighting rising and underappreciated talent to give underground creators a platform and the recognition they deserve. So many artists spent October offering fans new treats, releasing some of the best work of their career, and opening up in their lyrics like never before. Throughout October, we got to talk to incredible artists like Malachi Gagnon, Lorelei Marcell, and Tiara Thomas about their new projects, but there’s a whole world of talent making their own waves. Here are some of our favorite new releases from this month!
Annika Rose – “Bruises”
It’s been two years since we last heard new music from Annika Rose, but the riveting “Bruises” was worth every moment of the wait. It’s a rallying call not to hide your struggles from those who want to help you, spoken from the perspective of one of those people watching their loved one suffering. It’s raw and vulnerable without feeling too devastating, thanks to the slick production and upbeat vibes. Annika’s music can help heal your “Bruises,” and you can get more of it on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and her website!
I wrote ‘Bruises’ after watching somebody I love self-inflict suffering as a product of profound pain & insecurity. It was my way of feeling connected to somebody who isolated themself from everyone that encouraged healing. I learned that the metaphorical ‘bruises’ of your loved ones inevitably become your own as you stand on the sidelines until they’re ready for change. It’s a dance-while-you-cry kinda song.

Deep As Bones – “Spun”
Back with a rousing anthem of persistence and strength, Deep As Bones tackle addiction recovery on the thoughtful “Spun.” They wrote this invigorating track in a prison yard, which works as a metaphor for the subject in a way, and it features production from Linkin Park collaborator Jay Kereny, so you already know it’s gonna sound incredible. If you like what you hear, check out their latest self-titled project on your favorite streaming service and learn more about the band on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and their official site!
LE SSERAFIM – “ANTIFRAGILE”
LE SSERAFIM prove their global stardom is anything but fragile on the addictive “ANTIFRAGILE,” a Latin-infused declaration of their strength and courage when facing hard situations. Much like their anthemic debut single, this song is “FEARLESS” and ridiculously catchy, dancing its way into your head with its slick “anti-ti-ti-ti, fragile, fragile” hook. Its music video reached a million views within an hour of its release, and if that’s any indication, LE SSERAFIM are set to be the next superstars on the world stage. For your daily boost of motivational energy, get to know the girls on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter!
It’s about overcoming hardship; even in a situation where we feel like falling apart or breaking, we can confidently make our own path. The [single] contains our thoughts in that way.

Lilyisthatyou – “Do I make you nervous?”
One of our favorite bold ladies in pop, Lilyisthatyou, is back with yet another confident anthem after already blessing us with her The Character EP back in July. “Do I make you nervous?” touches on how we try to morph ourselves into something else to fit someone’s view of an ideal partner, while also making a statement about the importance of being who you truly are. It’s a glittering addition to Lily’s catalog of empowering tracks and even closes with an important reminder: “girls, if you’re listening, protect your peace and block him. Block him!” If that resonates, get more Lily content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter!
At the core of ‘Do I make you nervous?’ is a message about self-worth and self-love. We are in an era of toxic relationships, manipulation, and mind games to earn someone’s love. I know that power comes from energy, it comes from confidence, it comes from self-love, not twisting yourself to seem valuable to a man.

Olivia Lunny – “Wonderland”
Need a little spark to help your dreams come to life or to feel more peaceful in yourself? Olivia Lunny has just the thing with “Wonderland,” an immersive pop dream that describes the rush of energy that pops up when the stars align and your time has come to do something amazing. Olivia has done something truly amazing with this track and it’s a strong indicator of the Main Pop Girl energy she emanates with each release – now let’s get her music the attention it deserves! Step into Olivia’s wonderland on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and her website.
‘Wonderland’ is an anthem about being present in the moment so you can chase your wildest dreams. After stumbling upon a Charlie and the Chocolate Factory rerun, I was inspired by the childlike magic I felt, and it sparked the theme for this song. ‘Wonderland’ is the feeling when the stars align!

Presence – “I’m Okay I Swear”
Presence is an artist who’s never afraid to address hard-to-discuss topics, and that’s especially true on “I’m Okay I Swear.” This piano-led track tackles mental health while raising awareness for suicidal thoughts and the importance of feeling safe opening up to others. It’s heartwrenching in a way we haven’t felt in a while, showcasing Presence’s unique way with words and ability to capture harsh emotions so well in his lyrics. You need more Presence in your life, so check him out on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok!
Stray Kids – “Case 143”
Get ready to come down with a case of love, because Stray Kids will steal your heart within seconds of pressing play on “Case 143.” It’s bubbly while still delivering a signature SKZ edge with its hard-hitting beat and slick choreography. And that’s not even touching on the music video, which is definitely one of the group’s most impressive to date. Let Stray Kids into your heart by linking up with them on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter!
Tiny Ghosts – “What For?”
If they aren’t already, Tiny Ghosts are about to become your new favorite indie-pop-rock duo. Their latest single, “What For?,” is a relentlessly catchy ode to self-discovery and figuring out who you want to be. It’s the first time that members Dayan Marquina and Eric Morgan hit the studio together after years of friendship and making music together, kicking off a new chapter for the duo. And it’s clear that the best is still yet to come! Keep up with Tiny Ghosts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and their website.
I’m super proud of ‘What For?’ because it’s the closest we’ve got to capturing the sound and emotion in our heads to tape. It was also the first time we got a chance since starting TG two years ago to actually be in the same studio at the same time which just felt amazing. We brought in a new producer, Jesse Clasen (Foreign Air, HRVRD), who is fantastically creative and nailed the mix better than what I even had in my head.
