Trying Out The New Huda Beauty LEGIT LASHES Double-Ended Volumizing and Lengthening Mascara

After months of trying to get a hold of the new Huda Beauty Legit Lashes (my local Sephora did not have it in stock due to COVID-19), I was finally able to purchase the product. Being a faithful subscriber and follower of Huda Beauty, I was happy to get some good news (especially after everything being shut down and not much happening with the beauty world during quarantine) about a new beauty product. My fingers clicked as quick as possible on her video. Below is the Huda Beauty video.

After the video ended I knew I wanted the product. That weekend I headed to my local Sephora. Unfortunaly, I was notified that they did not have it in store but online only. I really wanted to get a hold of it. I wanted to see it in person before purchasing. After months, I was finally able to purchase the Huda Beauty Legit Lashes.

The following day, I applied the mascara the same way Huda, herself applied it in the video. Now, let me tell you, it was smooth sailing. My lashes did not clump up the way that they usually due when I have applied other mascaras before. I applied about three to four coats of the Volume side of the mascara. Then I applied the Curl and Length side about three to four coats. My eye lashes looked like they were in full volume. However, I did not get the the full volume with just one coat “like it was advertised.” I feel as though the price of $27 was worth it because I got a two-sided mascara. It was like getting two mascaras for the price of one.

Now to the outside look, the mascara itself is pretty thick in size. It appears from holding it in your hand a little bigger than the standard mascara. In addition, the first time I held it, I ended up holding it up the wrong way. It took just a couple of seconds for me to figure out how to open both sides and which side was the Volume side and the Curl and Length side.

Overall, I liked the product and would recommend it. I feel like it’s cool to have a two-sided mascara. I can’t really compare it to Huda Beauty’s famous False Lashes, as I have never personally never tried that product before. Let me know your thoughts on the new Huda Beauty Legit Lashes mascara.
