Dijon Kizzee, Shot In L.A. By Police, Video Footage Now Released By LAPD, News In Progress

As reported by the L.A Times: A video obtained by The Times of the controversial shooting of cyclist Dijon Kizzee by Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies sheds more light on what happened in the fatal encounter Monday. But questions remain.
