There is an active COVID19 cluster in Queens and Brooklyn. Protests have broken out twice in Borough Park and it's not clear the city has a handle on enforcement. So the @NYCMayor will not have a briefing tomorrow or Monday.
About 500 people according to a police estimate gathered at 49th St. and 13th Ave. in Borough Park to protest the mayor’s new stepped up COVID-19 restrictions.
