TWICE treated fans to their fun Taste of Love mini album earlier this month, and listeners certainly resonated with it – the project shot to #6 on the Billboard 200 albums chart, their highest position on the chart since October 2020’s Eyes wide open went to #72, and reached the top spot on Billboard’s Top Album Sales chart. Meanwhile, the tropical lead single “Alcohol-Free” continues to take off, already collecting over 104 million views on YouTube.
“We look forward to growing more and more with our fans,” TWICE share about Taste of Love’s success. “Thank you for being with us.”
To celebrate the news, the nine-piece group posted teasers for their upcoming Japanese album, Perfect World, which will come out on July 28th. The album will feature eight tracks, including the already-released songs “Fanfare,” “BETTER,” and “Kura Kura,” which translates to “Dizzy Dizzy.”
Twice fans can also look forward to the newest segment of their Melody Project, a series of solo songs and covers by each member. Tzuyu will be covering Taylor Swift’s 2019 track “ME!,” an ode to individuality, later this month:
