While rap and hip-hop music has become mainstream in today’s society, one rapper that is relatively unheard of is Rapper J. Stash. Some may have heard of J. Stash from his contribution to signing Rich the Kid to the label Rich Forever; although, many of his songs such as Hiroi Sekai and Nuthin Remix are hardly discussed. However, one event that has been quite trending is his ominous and tragic death on New Year’s Day. Here is the story:
In Temple City, Los Angeles, police were called to the scene of a domestic violence call a little after 7:00 in the morning on New Year’s Day. When they arrived at Penton Street (the area of the event), they found two people lying dead in a pool of blood: J. Stash along with a 27-year-old woman. The woman had multiple wounds in her chest and near her throat, while J. Stash had one wound near his head. A gun was found where J. Stash lay.
Witnesses reported that J. Stash had stabbed and shot this woman to death before killing himself. Upon further investigating and questioning, the police were able to deduce the woman’s name:Jeanette Galagos, mother of three children. Through light research, they also deduced the rapper’s name; Justin Joseph. After departing the witnesses, the officer on the scene, Lt. Derrik, questioned J. Stash’s three traumatized kids,
“Right now, the evidence at the scene and the preliminary information we have from the children in the home is that it’s a murder-suicide,” said Derrik. “The kids all lived inside the home, aged between 5 and 11. They were not harmed in the attack, thank God”.
It is unknown what caused this horrendous murder. Some investigators believe that J. Stash may have been too intoxicated, especially for the New Year. Others believe that his fame status may have made him go insane and he decided to kill himself. It is also unknown what J. Stash’s exact relationship was to this woman and how Galagos’s husband reacted to the event. However, Mr. Galagos has been unheard of since. More information is to be conducted.
