Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick A Must Or A Bust

Lipstick is a girl’s best friend… some might say! As a lipstick girl myself, I rarely leave the house without it. After trying many different types of lipstick and reading mostly positive reviews about Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick, I chose to purchase this product. The first color I chose to purchase was Bow N Arrow – Fawn Nude. Now when applying to my lips, it was definitively liquid-y but I have to say it dried pretty fast. My lips felt pretty matte within seconds. When checking myself in the mirror, I was shocked to see how great the product looked after just one coat was applied. I usually have to apply two coats of lipstick however with this product if your in a rush, one coat should be good.

After trying the product for a couple of days while at home or while being out, here are some of my thoughts on the product:

Pros

If you love matte lipsticks this is great for you. After purchasing a few more different colors, I have to say they all looked as when advertised. (Please note: On different skin complexions the colors can appear different.)

Cons

This lipstick will dry fast after application. I recommend having a good lip scrub before application. This will help with creating a smooth application process.

Final thoughts are that I would recommend this product. This lipstick will stay on. After going out and eating, buying a drink, and just regular everyday activities, the lipstick has stayed on. There were only a couple of times I had to reapply because of a slight fading but overall it stayed on.

Let me know your thoughts below and what is another makeup product you would like me to review.
