Five Tips to Keep Your Makeup Looking Good While still wearing a Face Mask

Attention all beauty lovers! Yes, YOU can still wear makeup while wearing a face mask. Here are some easy tips to help keep your makeup looking good while wearing a face mask.

1) Wear Primer

Primer will help keep your foundation/base stay in place. Think of it as having your first base on. It will create a nice clean base for you to apply your makeup.

2) Wear a light coverage foundation or just skip it

When wearing a face mask you don’t really need to have foundation on as most of your face is covered by the mask. If choosing to still wear foundation, remember to apply a lighter coverage, as you don’t want to clog your pores too much.

3) Remember to clean your face before and after wearing makeup

Always before I apply any makeup, I clean my face. Also, remember to clean your face after wearing any makeup.

4) Yes, you can still wear your lipstick

Just a tip if you are going to be wearing bright lipstick, maybe wear a washable face mask. Another tip, it might be easier to wear more nude color lipsticks when wearing a face mask.

5) Setting Spray, Setting Spray, and Setting Spray

Setting spray is your best friend when it comes to wearing a face mask as setting spray will keep your makeup in place all day long. Remember to pick the right setting spray for your skin type (i.e. dry skin, oily skin, combination).
