Right-wing commentator Candace Owens has been trending recently for her very public disagreement with fellow YouTuber Ben Shapiro’s stance over Israel, ultimately resulting in Candace quitting the Daily Wire. While we won’t be getting into the specifics of their disagreement here, Candace Owens is in the spotlight. So, let’s check the specs of her cosmic engine. What do the stars have to say about her proverbial “bars?”

Owens, renowned for her “Blexit” foundation advocating for the mass exodus of people of color to leave the Democratic Party, is a long-time protege of Larry Elder, host of “The Larry Elder Show.” In recent years, Candace has racked up her own following of a whopping three million subscribers and commands a considerable voice in the political sphere in her own right.
Ben Shapiro has made no bones about his unabashed support of Israel, for obvious reasons, as he himself is a practicing Jew. Candace has shown pause over the taking of sides in the growing conflict of Palestine versus Israel and is highly vocal in opposing Shapiro. This has led to their final showdown where Owens has left the Daily Wire entirely.

But enough of the introductions. Now that we’re all caught up, it’s on to our business here in the celestial realm. So, what is the first thing that jumps out at me in Candace’s chart? Firstly, we don’t have a birth time, so there will be no use of the houses or ascendant. However, a beautiful Sun conjunct Venus pops out.
Sun conjunct Venus sounds like the perfect aspect. In many ways, it is very nice. The Sun’s warm rays combine with Venus’ attractive charm giving off a very alluring aura. These people are exactly how they sound; almost everything they touch turns to gold. However, they can be a little too luxurious for their own good, spend money like it’s going out of style. And the big kicker… arrogance. Yes, this aspect is famous for giving the native a hefty dose of arrogance. The Sun all on its own can be guilty of this, but adding Venus just gives it a shot of steroids.

But then Sun conjunct Venus opposes Pluto! Bam, another hit for arrogance. Sun opposite Pluto is quite haughty, Pluto himself being known for his arrogance even in the mythology. But what else does this cause? Well, swings. The Sun is bright and everyone loves him. Pluto is dark and brooding and intense so he is not so welcome. So the tug-of-war that takes place can be staggering. But I think more importantly, is actually the projection that occurs with the opposition aspect. One sees what is across from oneself. Here, the revered Sun sees death and destruction “out there,” away from itself. And this is a serious problem. While Sun opposite Pluto allows keen detection of problems in the outer world, it rarely sees inward, causing its own flaws to slip past the microscope it wields so well against others.
Yet let’s not forget Venus opposite Pluto. This one can actually be tough for Candace. It brings lots of admiring lovers, but also its share of really severe drama. And while many women like a splash of drama in their lives to keep boredom at bay, this can be too much, resulting in very real stalkers that cause real-world harm.

Mercury conjunct Jupiter is another great aspect on the surface. It makes one’s thinking grand, positive in outlook, and larger than life. Owens is certainly known for the size of her microphone. But it also makes one skip over details, lose sight of how to get from point A to point B, and leaves the engineering to other such folk.
But the real blast to the system in Candace’s chart is Mars opposite Uranus. Here we have another opposition, the aspect of projection. Mars is the god of war, anger, and action; Uranus, the god of shock, surprise, genius, and breaking stagnation. So, there is another swinging movement that happens between these two planets. Candace will often be “shocked” by the actions of others, or be the action that shocks others. But she can rarely see how she plays that part to other people. Again, there is very little introspection here. However, that doesn’t stop her from being the force she is in this world. It just means she has blind spots.

Finally, there’s a massive pileup of generational planets, or “outer planets.” Saturn conjunct Uranus conjunct Neptune. Normally, these three would be a little more spread out, just by sheer chance. But as fate would have it, we see a sub-stellium.
As Saturn is the construction of all that is solid in this world, the lord of karma and time, the force of all restriction and boundary, he is extremely important and harshly felt. So wherever he goes, you notice him both in your birth chart and by transit which is why the conjunction with Uranus and Neptune is so strange. Uranus breaks things apart, specifically, Saturn’s constructions. What other things are there to break apart?!
Neptune is all that is nebulous, mystical, and dissolving. He dissolves what? The things that Saturn constructs! So already we have two things which are designed to tear down structures in their own unique ways, albeit very differently. But then, Neptune and Uranus are also “beyond time.” They reach across what we perceive as Father Time and hand us things we wouldn’t otherwise know. Uranus is sudden enlightenment, Neptune is mystical enlightenment. Put them together and what have you got?

Well, it’s not all that easy to say what this trio creates. Except, we can say that this generation is destined to break up ideas, structures, spiritualities, and then put them back together in completely novel ways. But it doesn’t end there. It cannot. This triple conjunction will continue to do this for as long as this generation lives. So, what comes of this, we do not really know yet. Much of the world is still a good deal up in the air while at a tipping point, and Millennials are only now beginning to take the helm.
So, here’s hoping we come out of all this with the best results. And the same for Candace’s career. Is she stepping into greater shoes, or into oblivion?
