We happened upon a pretty festival carnival. Each year the West Indian and pan african communities in Los Angeles county come together to host the Hollywood Carnival. Check out Tatyana Ali as the grand marshall and all the other masqueraders who hit the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The parade began at Hollywood Blvd/Normandie Ave and ended at N Highland Ave intersection.
