Yeah, it is. Don’t worry. I checked. It might even be better? Especially with all the jokes and references that I only get now, as an adult, that went over my head as a kid. The soundtrack still absolutely rocks so hard. Smash Mouth, Baha Men, The Proclaimers, and Eddie Murphy. Four artists who are just as popular in the music scene today as they were in the early 2000s. Shrek is timeless. Also, the animation surprisingly has aged pretty well. Its not perfect, but from a movie almost twenty years old, it doesn’t look almost twenty. It’s on Hulu, do yourself a favor and revisit this classic.
