Trump Supporters Rally In Freedom Plaza In Washington, DC

WASHINGTON, DC - JANUARY 05: Supporters of President Donald Trump gather in the rain in Freedom Plaza for a rally in support of the President on January 5, 2021 in Washington, DC. The rally today kicks off two days of pro-Trump rally’s and protests fueled by President Trumps continued unfounded claims of election fraud and a last ditch effort to overturn the election results before Congress certifies the results on January 6th. Trump supporters are currently “on one” as they attack Democrats and Biden supporters with the news coming down from the 6-3 Conservative Court.  All nine justices, including the Black lady, have said that the textual understanding of the 14th Amendment bars the states from acting against a Federal branch, that right is reserved for Congress.  The Colorado move has been revoked.  Trump can stand on all of the GOP ballots coming up in the next set of caucuses leading up to Super Tuesday.

Tomorrow, 16 states head to a Super Tuesday vote with Trump leading over Haley in all of the GOP races.  The Justices have said the enforcement of the 14th Amendment is reserved to Congress and not the states as it could create new problems which is what this court is faced with now.  As Colorado removed Trump off the ballot, he remained on the ballot in other states like South Carolina, for example.  You cannot have an election where the states are interfering with who can reach the ballot.  Though the Justices all voted the same way, their opinions were concurrent meaning they reached their decisions via another mode of legal thinking.  Justice Barrett seemed to criticize the opinions of Sotomayor, Kagen, and Jackson.  There are currently four female Justices on the Supreme Court.

In a 6 page joint opinion the remaining Democrat appointed Justices state that they agreed that chaos would ensue if the Court did not take up the case, how can we have him on the ballot in the South and not in the North? They stated as Barrett pointed to as well in her opinion, that the Justices should not have weighed in on whose right it is to enforce Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.  The text does not explicitly say that Congress must write and vote on legislation to enforce this part of the constitution.  They state that the conservative majority has gone beyond the scope that was is necessary to limit how Section 3 can bar an insurrectionist President, who broke this oath of Office, from being re-elected into the same position.

This is why Maga Americans are jumping for Nazi like joys.  They believe the Supreme Court has given its final answer on if Donald Trump is an insurrectionist.  They are misinformed as usual.  Donald Trump lost the popular vote in the United States election twice already, once to Hillary Clinton in 2016 and again to Joe Biden in 2020.  He became the President by electoral college votes.  His criminal case in Atlanta is being railroaded by more conservatives trying to bring down Fani Willis.  The 19 people filed in the RICO charges with him also worked to change the results of the 2020 election.  The state of Colorado said that it does not agree with a candidate who is facing criminal charges for insurrection along with others, should be legally on their ballots of President.  The Supreme Court has said, that right is now held to Congress.  Nancy Pelosi filed two separate impeachment charges under President Trump, the last one for Insurrection.  Both times the conservative leading Senate failed to impeach him.

If the American public is democratic by numbers and the conservatives keep getting into positions to disregard the will of the people, when do the people stand up?

Electoral college votes are the only way a GOP candidate can win a fair election in the United States based upon the 2020 U.S. Census Report.  If America continues to change demographically, how will their leaders reflect this change politically
